Nellie Lane Press is a small, one-person business run by Pennell Drake. This page explains what information I collect through nellielanepress.com and shop.nellielanepress.com, and how I use it.

What I collect

Mailing list. When you join Letters from Nellie Lane, I collect your email address. It’s stored with my email service, MailerLite, and used only to send you my letters: new books, printables and featured colorists. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Coloring Community submissions. When you share a colored page, I collect your name, email, the photo you upload and any notes you add. I use your email only to contact you about your submission. Your photo and name appear in the gallery only if you gave permission on the form.

Purchases. Orders are handled by Squarespace, and payments by its payment processors. I receive your name, email and order details so I can deliver your downloads and help with any questions. I never see or store your full card number.

Cookies

The shop uses cookies that Squarespace needs for the cart and checkout to work, and basic analytics that show me how many people visit. I don’t use advertising cookies or sell any information.

Sharing

I never sell or rent your information. It’s shared only with the services that run my business (MailerLite, Squarespace, my payment processor and my website host, Netlify), and only as needed to do their jobs.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe anytime, or ask me to remove your gallery submission or delete your information. Just email info@nellielanepress.com.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.
